I kept checking for the harness in the color and size I wanted, but it was out of stock every single time. I signed up for alerts too, but they didn’t really help. At a certain point I just trusted my instinct and bought one somewhere else. Frustrating, honestly

The site kept freezing on me, and figuring out the right harness size took way too long. Annoying.

I measured my dog twice and followed their sizing chart exactly, but the harness still came way too tight. Like, really tight, and it didn’t sit right on him at all. I’m annoyed because I trusted the chart, and the chart was just wrong. Now I’ve got to deal with sending it back, which is a hassle I shouldn’t have to deal with. The sizing is off, the fit is off, and I wouldn’t order again because of the sizing

I tried ordering a harness, but the website was frustrating right from the start. The menus felt confusing, and I kept clicking into pages I didn’t even mean to open. I even wondered if I was missing something because surely other people must be finding it easier to use than I was.
The checkout side wasn’t much better either. It took way too long to find simple things like sizing details and delivery info, and by that point I was just over it. Maybe it works fine for everyone else, but for me it was a hassle and I ended up giving up

I was kind of disappointed with the Patch options. There just weren’t many to pick from, and I couldn’t really get the one I actually Wanted.

I really thought this harness was going to hold up because it looked sturdy at first, but after just a few walks the material already started fraying. The stitching doesn’t feel very strong either, which is disappointing for the price. I expected it to last a lot longer, and I’d appreciate an apology or some kind of acknowledgment from the company.

I’ve had the lead attachment come loose twice now, so I’m nervous about using it again. At first I thought maybe I hadn’t clipped it on properly, but nope — it happened again. that’s just not okay when it’s meant to keep your pet safe.

They made it sound like my order would arrive quickly, but that definitely wasn’t the case. I ended up waiting way longer than expected, with barely any useful updates. If you’re going to promise a certain delivery time, you should actually stick to it. i don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again...

My order showed up in this really flimsy bag, and I noticed it before I even properly opened it. There was basically no protection at all. The box inside was all crushed too, like it had been tossed around or kicked at some point, I don’t know. The item itself might be fine, but the whole thing just felt careless. Not really what I expected, and yeah, annoying.

I had an issue with my order, so I reached out to Julius K9. Once by email. Then again. And... nothing. No reply, no proper update, just total silence. Maybe the product itself is fine, I don’t know, but if something goes wrong, the support really doesn’t seem to be there. it was more hassle than it was worth. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I returned my order and then it was just kind of silence, which was really frustrating. I kept thinking maybe I’d get an update soon, but nope, I ended up having to chase them more than once just to figure out what was even happening. The refund took way longer than I expected and the whole returns process felt messy and unclear. not a great experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Julius-K9 again.

I ordered a Julius-K9 harness and used their size guide, but it just didn’t seem to fit my dog properly. The chest strap was a bit loose, while the neck area seemed to rub, so I don’t think sizing down would’ve really helped. My dog kept twisting around in it during walks, which made it frustrating. For the price, I guess I expected it to sit better. Overall, I was quite disappointed.

The whole website just gave me a bit of an old-fashioned, cluttered feeling when I was browsing around. The colours, pictures, and general layout don’t really seem to fit together in a smooth or polished way, so it all feels a little random and not very well thought out. For a brand that’s supposed to be well known, I expected something cleaner and more professional, but instead it came across as kind of cheap. I didn’t really enjoy spending time on it and found myself wanting to leave quickly.

I ordered a harness, but when the package arrived it was a completely different size than what I needed. Kind of annoying because I was ready to use it right away, then opened the box and had that “wait, this isn’t right” moment. So yeah, not much else to say — wrong one turned up.

I bought the Julius K9 harness thinking it would be a nicer upgrade from my dog’s old one, but he just didn’t get on with it at all. From the first walk, he seemed uncomfortable, and after a long week I was already feeling mentally drained, so dealing with him hating it was the last thing I needed.
It looked like it was rubbing under his front legs, and he kept stopping, twisting around, and trying to wriggle out of it. I checked the sizing, adjusted it over and over, and tried to make it work, but nothing seemed to help.

I’m sure it suits some dogs, but for mine it was just a waste of money. He’s back in his cheap old harness now and seems so much happier, which says it all really.

I just don’t think it’s worth the price. For what it is, why is it so expensive? I expected a lot more and ended up feeling like I paid way too much
